Terms of Service

1. The service

RankMyFace provides AI-generated facial analysis: appearance scores, observations and self-improvement suggestions based on photos you upload. Scores are subjective AI estimates of how a photograph presents — they are not an objective measure of your value, and they are provided for self-improvement and entertainment purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use RankMyFace. By creating an account you represent that you are 18 or older.

3. Your content

Only upload photos of yourself. You must not upload photos of any other person without their explicit consent, and never photos of minors. You retain ownership of your photos; you grant us the limited license needed to store and process them to provide the service. We may refuse or remove content that violates these terms.

4. Not medical advice

Plan suggestions (skincare, grooming, styling, habits) are general self-improvement information, not medical, dermatological or psychological advice. Consult a qualified professional for medical concerns. If content about appearance scores negatively affects your wellbeing, please stop using the service — the number is an AI's opinion of a photo, nothing more.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Your first scan is free. RankMyFace Pro is a recurring subscription (weekly or yearly) billed through Stripe. It renews automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage billing and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable use

No scraping, reverse engineering, automated scanning, reselling of results, or use of the service to harass, rate or evaluate other people. Accounts that abuse the service may be suspended.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI output can be wrong. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
